Who is ISO?
ISO is a non-government organization (International Organization for Standardization) established in 1947, with its headquarters based in Switzerland. The mission of ISO is to promote the development of international standards for the exchange of goods and services, which when applied, results in a predictable outcome regardless of whether your transaction occurs in Moscow, Melbourne or Marrakesh.

Why are standards so important?
